As the game enters its final stage, everyone has a lot of player cards, and EA provides a lot of SBCs that can be completed repeatedly. So compared to considering how many FUT Coins an SBC consumes, I think at this stage we should pay more attention to whether this SBC player can provide a better gaming experience. Next, I will review this week’s SBCs for you.
Not Worth to Complete
1. Copa America Make Your Mark – LUIS SINISTERRA
- Estimated SBC price: 110.7K FUT Coins
Sinisterra’s stats and playstyle+ aren’t the best. For a winger, his PAC and PAS aren’t 99 rate. His biggest drawback is the lack of Quick Step in his playstyle+, making him overpriced at 110K FUT Coins.
2. Showdown – ZEKI ÇELIK
- Estimated SBC price: 61K FUT Coins
For a 61K FUT Coins player, his upgrade potential is low. Turkey’s Euro 2024 opponent is Austria, and it’s unlikely Turkey will win. Completing this SBC isn’t recommended. While he has a 93 rating, it’s too expensive for 61K, especially compared to the SBCs listed below for fodder.
3. Copa America Make Your Mark – GONZALO MONTIEL
- Estimated SBC price: 249.7K FUT Coins
His stats are high, but he lacks Quick Step in his playstyle and costs nearly 250K. Completing this SBC isn’t worth it.
Prepare for Other SBCs
- Flashback – KIM LITTLE
- Estimated SBC price: 66.2K FUT Coins
- Copa America Make Your Mark – DEMARAI GRAY
- Estimated SBC price: 47.8K FUT Coins
- Showdown – BIJOL
- Estimated SBC price: 38K FUT Coins
- Copa America Make Your Mark – WILLIAM PACHO
- Estimated SBC price: 58.2K FUT Coins
Based on Squad Needs or Personal Preference
1. Showdown – JOÃO VICTOR GOMES DA SILVA
- Estimated SBC price: 236.5K FUT Coins
If upgraded, he’ll have near-perfect stats and a very useful playstyle+ combination, especially for a midfielder. He has Anticipate and Incisive Pass, and his playstyle is boosted by Pinged Pass, Long Ball Pass, Tiki Taka, Relentless, and Technical. His Premier League + Brazil nationality makes him versatile for team chemistry. You can complete this SBC based on your squad needs or personal preference.
2. Showdown – JUAN FERNANDO QUINTERO
- Estimated SBC price: 96.3K FUT Coins
He’s in the same Showdown series as GOMES, so his upgrade potential isn’t high, especially since Brazil is favored to win. However, I’m still including him in this list because he has some excellent qualities. For a player under 100K, he has a great playstyle+ combination. Even without an upgrade, he can be used as an attacking CAM with a Hunter chem style. His 84 DEF includes 99 Def. Awareness, which is rare for an attacking CAM and can make your squad more versatile in the late game.
3. Showdown – FRANCISCO CONCEIÇÃO
- Estimated SBC price: 127.9K FUT Coins
Portugal is favored to win against Slovenia in the Euros, so his upgrade potential is high. For a player under 130K, his playstyle+ includes Finesse Shot and Technical, which is a decent option. However, his playstyle+ lacks a pace-boosting playstyle, which limits him to some extent. If he gets an upgrade, he’ll have 99 Acceleration, 96 Sprint Speed, and many other key stats at 99. He’s a good choice if you have a Portugal squad.
4. Showdown – FLORIAN GRILLITSCH
- Estimated SBC price: 91.8K FUT Coins
He has high upgrade potential. If upgraded, he’ll be a great value for under 100K, with all his stats except SHO over 90. His 187cm height makes him great for using the Intercept trait. However, he has some drawbacks. His DRI Agility and Balance aren’t very high, and his 187cm height can make him feel clunky. Complete this SBC based on your preference.
Special SBCs
There are noes must complete SBCs this week, so here are some special SBCs to consider.
EA released 3 Icon players this week (Wayne Rooney, Clarence Seedorf, Cafu), but they haven’t impressed players. So we are just expressing our opinions on these SBCs
1. Wayne Rooney
- Estimated SBC price: 1.97M FUT Coins
This card has significant improvements over the 91-rated Rooney, especially in terms of playstyle+. With the upgrade for England players, this card has some potential. However, it lacks Quick Step in its playstyle+, which is a big miss for me. I guess EA didn’t want to release an irreplaceable player card too early, so they nerfed his playstyle+. He may only meet some of your needs, and there could be better player cards coming in the future.
2. Cafu
- Estimated SBC price: 2.13M FUT Coins
Compared to the 94-rated Cafu, SHO, PAS, and PHY have been significantly improved. His playstyle+ includes Whipped Pass and Quick Step, which are both very beneficial. If Brazil players get another upgrade, one of his stats could reach 99, which would be great for him. I think he’ll most likely get 99 PAC.
3. Clarence Seedorf
- Estimated SBC price: 405.6K FUT Coins
Despite having a good playstyle+ combination, his card’s maximum stats limit the effectiveness of these playstyles+.
The above is the inventory of SBC players in Week 40. In short, the game has now entered its final stage, and more SBCs will be launched in the future to provide players with more FUT Packs for players to enjoy the last moments of the game, so the player cards currently accumulated will continue to depreciate, so I think it is a good choice to use these players who are about to depreciate to improve the strength of your current squad. You can pay attention to the subsequent bonus of these players and selectively complete these SBCs.
